Motor power is easy to measure.
Riding stability is harder to quantify.
Yet geometry often determines how a vehicle feels more than the motor rating does.
Wheelbase is the distance between the front and rear wheel contact points.
A longer wheelbase generally produces a more stable directional feel.
The trade-off is maneuverability.
A long vehicle requires more space to turn and may feel slower to change direction.
For a cruiser, this can be an acceptable trade-off.
Seat height changes the rider’s relationship with the chassis.
A lower seat can make mounting easier and can place the rider’s center of mass closer to the vehicle.
However, lowering the seat too much can create problems with pedal clearance and rider ergonomics.
Therefore, seat height needs to be considered together with frame geometry.
