Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
Return request submitted within 7 days of delivery
Returns must be authorized by our customer service team before shipment
⚠️ Custom OEM/ODM orders are non-refundable unless the product is defective.
We offer full or partial refunds based on the following:

✅ Wrong item shipped due to our error
✅ Delay in delivery exceeding agreed timeline (pre-order cases)
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
If the issue is caused by Airplaying, we will cover return shipping
If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility
